Yvonne Quinn

Yvonne is a driven and results-oriented Learning Consultant with more than 20 years of experience in designing and implementing practical learning solutions for a wide variety of companies and sectors. Her passion for developing people and aligning programmes to the company strategy powers her work as a HPC facilitator.

As an experienced facilitator, Yvonne has gained a wealth of knowledge through her work with an extensive range of global organisations. Her innate passion to support and develop teams and her engaging style are highly valued by clients. She has led learning and development functions and possesses both the commercial and learning expertise that supports the design and delivery of learning solutions that deliver business results.

 

Experience

 

Throughout her professional experience in L&D, Yvonne has developed innovative learning and development solutions that foster a culture of high performance and continuous learning. She has worked in Ireland and internationally; supporting teams, emerging and senior leaders across a number of sectors including Banking, Retail, Gaming, Pharmaceutical, Financial and Insurance.

 

Yvonne is also an experienced learning consultant who collaborates with leaders, L&D teams and the wider organisation to devise strategic L&D solutions. She has extensive experience of partnering with clients to align their learning strategy with overall business goals and drive measurable behavioural change.
