Neil has over 20 years of global experience as a learning & development leader, business partner, consultant, designer, programme manager, facilitator and coach; supporting diverse industries, organisations, people and solutions.
Neil has worked for global brands, including Twitter, PayPal and Dell, where he led strategic learning and development, training, coaching and technology-enabled solutions in dynamic, complex and commercially focused operational environments.
Neil is a true learning and development practitioner. In his career, he has amassed deep knowledge and experience in architecting training, learning programmes, and technology solutions to support learning and people development at an enterprise scale.
He has strong business acumen gained from working on both the client and vendor sides and leading L&D functions, projects and operations to support diverse industries, business verticals, and learner audiences.
As an experienced designer, presenter and facilitator, Neil is passionate about creating and delivering learning experiences to groups in-person or virtually to support change, improve skills and capabilities, and develop leaders to achieve their goals.
