Marc Evans
Marc is an Executive Coach and Strategic Advisor. His corporate experience and understanding of behavioural change is central to his work as an HPC Executive Coach. Informed by neuroscience, his coaching model empowers clients to reframe their thinking to realise their full leadership potential.
Marc’s depth of experience and knowledge enables him to positively challenge leaders to perform to their highest capability. He coaches a range of leadership grades from C-Suite to middle management across a range of multinationals in several industries including Tech, IT, Financial Services, FMCG, Advertising, Professional Services, Legal, Learning & Development, and Non-Profit sectors.
Utilising his extensive corporate experience, Marc will positively challenge clients in adjusting their mindset enabling them to drive up their leadership performance by re-igniting skills and talents that were otherwise hidden.
Underpinned by Neuroscience, Marc’s coaching helps people in leadership develop an understanding of what causes them to think, act and behave as they do, but more importantly, gives them tools and techniques to help them think act and behave differently for better outcomes for themselves, and their teams and to become a much more effective leader overall
Experience
Marc spent 24 years in the financial services sector working at one of Ireland’s largest Insurance Intermediaries, serving in an Executive Director role for over 12 years. As a long-standing member of the Senior Leadership Team, Marc led the two largest divisions in the company with a combined staff of 170 FTEs. Along with full P&L responsibility, he had ownership for the strategic direction of his own divisions as well as the wider group’s medium- and long-term strategies.
Marc has a strong comprehension of corporate structures and cultures, as well as business priorities. The combination of this experience aligned with his Executive Coaching with Neuroscience credentials gives him a deep understanding of the skills and behaviours that drive success within any corporate environment.
