Laura is part of HPC’s facilitation and coaching teams, with extensive experience of working with leaders in the public and private sectors, and ranging from local SME’s to global multinationals.
With a strong belief in psychological safety and behavioural change, Laura designs engaging sessions that support participants to reflect, connect, and leave with clear, actionable insights that they can apply immediately.
Experience
Laura brings over 20 years of corporate experience to her facilitation and coaching work, where she held senior leadership roles in the tech and fintech industries, including roles at Twitter, PayPal, eBay, and Ancestry.com. She has built and scaled diverse multilingual teams across operations, policy, legal, customer experience and fraud. Having led organisations through rapid growth and intense change, she brings a deep understanding of the dynamics, and a grounded real-world lens to her facilitation work.
