Insights

I’ve been lucky enough to spend the majority of my career in Talent Development. Whether working for scale-ups looking to improve their manager and leader capability or organisation culture or with global multinationals, I’ve tried to blend what I’ve learned over the course of my studies with the practicalities of what that looks like in organisational settings. I’ve learned that context is everything.
