Helen Donnelly

Helen is a Client Project Manager (CPM), responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience across all HPC client projects. Helen supports the partnership between clients and our internal team, co-ordinating all L&D activities and playing an integral part in the client journey.

 

Programme planning, general logistics and relationship building are at the heart of our internal CPM team. Helen plays a key role within this team and is organised and efficient with great attention to detail and high standards of accuracy.

 

Experience

 

Helen has 12 years’ experience of working in a dual administrative and operational capacity delivering events for leading arts, cultural and training organisations. Previous roles include Projects & Events Manager for the National Theatre and Operations Manager for the Belfast International Arts Festival. She leverages her former training as a theatre director to clearly communicate and comprehensively plan for complex projects to achieve an outstanding customer experience.

 

Prior to joining HPC Helen worked for behavioural-based training providers Active Training Team. There she project managed an award-winning programme for all employees on the London-based Tideway construction project, and was responsible for the recruitment of new facilitators and actors across a range of events, with clients including HS2, Ørsted and SSE.

Qualifications

Helen graduated with a BA (Hons) in Drama from Queen’s University before studying for an MA in Theatre Directing from Royal Holloway University of London.

Helen’s role as a CPM involves:

– Client scheduling and co-ordination

– Effective communication between client teams and HPC facilitators/coaches

– Problem solving and decision making

– Preparation and delivery of materials

– Monitoring and evaluation of programmes

– Reporting and invoicing
