Dee joins the HPC Executive Coaching panel with more than 15 years of commercial experience. Her expertise ranges from start-ups through to traditional FTSE-100 corporates and hyper-growth global organisations.
She provides executive coaching that facilitates leaders to think with clarity, make decisions, and take action to achieve results professionally and personally. The focus is on moving with velocity; fast and in the right direction.
Experience
Dee was formerly the Global Head of Product Strategy at HelloFresh, leading growth initiatives across 18 countries and 4 brands, working directly with the Co-Founder and C-suite.
She has a wealth of experience across physical and digital products, in tech and food companies including Sainsbury’s. Roles include strategy, commercial development, innovation and technical.
Her commercial experience and ability to help others achieve positive change adds strength to her executive coaching work, which she carries out across a wide range of sectors.
