Bob Lee

Bob is a member of the Leadership and Management Development Team at HPC. He is a highly skilled facilitator and he brings with him a wealth of experience and knowledge in organisational culture and engagement through his Senior Executive role in the Great Place to Work (GPTW) Organisation where he served until 2019.

He specialises in the delivery of Leadership, Management and Business Development Skills programmes across HPC’s client base. His passion and key area of expertise is in how and why the world’s best employers use great workplace cultures to drive competitive advantage.

 

Experience

Before joining HPC Bob was a key member of the global senior leadership team of the Great Place to Work organisation, including 4 years as Chairman of its Global Advisory Board.  During the preceding 20 years he held various senior management positions in organisations in Ireland and the UK, including several roles in the rail industry and Red Star Ireland.

 

Bob is the author of Trust Rules: How the World’s Best Managers Create Great Places to Work – a manager’s guide to the actions and attitudes that have the greatest impact on trust in workplace relationships and through that, on organisational performance. The huge success of this title led to him becoming a sought-after international conference speaker.

 

Bob was named ‘Top Thought Leader in Trust’ in 2019, 2020 and again in 2021 by the Trust Across America organisation.

Qualifications

Bob holds an MBA from University College Dublin Smurfit Business School.  He is a published author, lectures extensively and is a regular Conference Speaker and media commentator. Bob has recently completed the Nancy Kline “Time to Think” Foundation programme.
