We partnered with the team in Permanent TSB to design, develop and deliver a Group-Wide development offering that was designed to:
- Raise People Leadership Capability across the Bank;
- Elevate the quality of critical conversations for all levels of people leaders;
- Embed the Group Vision and Values at all levels; and
- Drive performance across the Group.
Given the vast experience of people leaders in the Bank, it was critical that this programme was designed with a fresh perspective to learning. Partnering with the Permanent TSB Learning and Talent Team, we designed and delivered a development programme that included:
- A two-day immersive “Leadership Laboratory” with an emphasis on learning through practice;
- Expert Corporate Role Players;
- Live video analysis and peer feedback; and
- Comprehensive pre and post workshop blended learning elements.
