Mary-Jane Halpin
Mary-Jane is an accomplished HR Leader with over 20 years’ experience across both private and public sectors. Her expertise adds value to HPC’s Talent Consulting Division, which supports learning and talent teams in addressing the critical challenges that they face in supporting their organisations.
Experience
Mary-Jane has extensive experience in senior HR leadership roles across financial services and professional services in Ireland. She has worked with companies such as Cornmarket Group Financial Services, Matheson, Royal London, BDO and Mars Capital. In these roles, she developed and nurtured HR teams to reach their potential through coaching, development and providing challenging and interesting work.
She has held board positions as a Company Director with Cornmarket Group and as a voluntary board member for the charity, Front Line. She has also worked across a number of public sector bodies such as the INMO, NCAD and Enterprise Ireland.

Qualifications
Mary-Jane holds an Honours Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from the National College of Ireland.
She is an accredited Myers Briggs (MBTI) and OPQ practitioner and a chartered member of the CIPD.
