John Hill

John is an experienced, creative and empathetic executive coach, team coach and supervisor with excellent communication and facilitation skills. He is a key member of HPC’s Executive & Team Coaching Panel.

John’s passion is leadership development, emotional intelligence and the development of resilience and psychological capital, all within a systemic context.

 

His extensive experience of executive and team coaching adds strength to his facilitation style as well as the individual and team transformation work that he undertakes.

 

John is a natural communicator who can listen to, understand and articulate complex problems and opportunities through all levels of the organisation. His style is pragmatic, thoughtful, insightful and always focused on the individual or team – helping them find solutions in times of challenge, transition and ever-changing environments.

 

Experience

 

John has been involved in the field of professional development for 17 years. Through his extensive experience across sectors, he brings a wealth of understanding of real-world issues to his executive and team coaching work with HPC.

 

Prior to this, he enjoyed an international career in business development, distribution management and entrepreneurship, including a number of innovative start-ups. He has worked at a senior level and with teams in financial services, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, construction, education, government and the third sector.

Master Practitioner Diploma in Systemic Team Coaching from the Academy of Executive Coaching

He is a Fellow of the Association for Coaching (AC) and a member of the Academy of Executive Coaching and Coaching Supervision Academy.
