Val Quinn
Val is part of HPC’s Executive Coaching Team. She was formerly Managing Director for The Coca-Cola Company with over 30 years’ corporate experience. She is now an Executive Coach, Business Trainer & Mentor and an independent Non-Executive Director on many boards.
Through her coaching expertise, Val facilitates moments of reflection and guides clients in progressing both their personal and business endeavours. Val offers frameworks and resources aimed at fostering self-leadership, leadership of teams, and leadership of organisations. In partnership with her clients, she assists in defining their goals, charting a course toward their objectives, and implementing actionable steps within set timeframes to achieve tangible results.
Experience
Val has extensive general management experience gained from 30 years working within large multinational organisations including The Coca-Cola Company, Mars/Masterfoods, Baileys/Diageo, CPC/Unilever, Sharwoods/RHM.
She held various roles whilst working for The Coca-Cola Company for 17 years. These included 4 years as Managing Director of the Irish business; 9 years as Global Customer Director, managing the Foodservice business and subsequently the Petro-Retail channel. Her final role with Coca-Cola was as Managing Director of Costa Coffee responsible for Central and Eastern Europe.
