Kingsley is a highly experienced facilitator and coach with extensive leadership experience in the energy industry. His passion for developing people and high performing teams powers his work as an HPC facilitator.
Experience
Before becoming a facilitator and coach, Kingsley built a successful 20 year career in the energy industry as a leader in planning and performance. His commercial experience in Maersk Oil, Shell and Chevron provides a powerful backdrop to his people development and behavioural change work.
His strong business experience, passion for people and a coaching and facilitation skillset, honed at Cambridge and INSEAD, provides organisations with the support and leverage needed to unlock the potential of their leaders, teams and organisation.

Kingsley has enjoyed a rich and varied experience in both his facilitation and coaching work. He has worked across different sectors supporting people, from emerging leaders to C-suite, through the pivotal moments on their leadership journeys. His recent work includes:
